In the heart of Coral Gables, FL and virtually.

Online therapy works a lot like in-person sessions—just without the commute, parking stress, or waiting room small talk.
We’ll meet via secure, HIPAA-compliant video (I’ll send the link—it’s simple to use). You’ll need a private space, a good internet connection, and ideally, a place where you can speak freely without being interrupted.
What matters most is that you can show up as you are—because the work doesn’t depend on being in the same room. I bring the same honesty, structure, and relational depth to online sessions that I do in person. Whether we’re working on conflict patterns, inner parts, or relational repair, it translates beautifully across the screen.
And yes—it’s real therapy. Deep, effective, and personal.

Whether you’re coming in alone or as a couple, the first session is where we begin naming what’s not working—and why. I won’t just sit back and nod while you tell your story. I’ll be listening for patterns, calling out what needs attention, and helping you get clear on where we’re headed.
We start strong, and we start real.
By the end of our first session, you’ll have an idea of how I — and whether this feels like the right fit for you. -
That depends on what you’re here to work on—and how willing you are to do the work.
Some people come in for a few months to focus on a specific issue or break a stuck pattern. Others stay longer to go deeper: healing old wounds, building emotional muscle, and learning how to live and love differently. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer.
What I can tell you is this:
Relational Life Therapy is designed to create change quickly—but it’s not a shortcut. It’s honest work that asks you to show up with courage, curiosity, and accountability. We’ll check in regularly about how the work is going and whether it’s serving you. My job isn’t to keep you in therapy forever—it’s to help you get what you came for and grow into the version of yourself who doesn’t need me anymore

A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) is a document I’m legally required to provide under the No Surprises Act. It gives you a written estimate of the cost of therapy services before we begin.
It’s meant to increase transparency—so you’re not caught off guard when it comes to fees. It includes information like:
My session rate
The frequency of sessions we might agree to
A general estimate of what therapy could cost over the course of a year
It’s not a bill, and it doesn’t lock you into anything. Your actual length of therapy and frequency of sessions will depend on your goals, needs, and what we decide together over time.
If you ever have questions about fees or the estimate, I’ll always be upfront. The goal is clarity, not confusion.
