How I Work
I work with individuals and couples using the Relational Life Therapy (RLT) model, informed by a brain-based understanding of how relational and internal patterns form and change. I am a relational therapist who specializes in experiential process, supporting clients in developing and deepening self-trust and resilience.
My therapeutic approach is experiential and here-and-now, focusing on what is happening in the room—and in the body—while it’s happening. Together, we pay attention to present-moment experience as it unfolds, noticing patterns as they arise, exploring what drives them, and practicing new ways of showing up in real time. Rather than only talking about problems, we work within them—where change can be felt, integrated, and lived.
My work is grounded in training in Relational Life Therapy, STAIR, somatic and parts-based modalities, and brain-based science. At the heart of my work is a commitment to helping people live more connected, grounded, and honest lives by addressing the relational and internal dynamics that keep them stuck, while expanding their capacity to stay present with themselves and others—even in moments of challenge.
What it’s like to work with me:
With Individuals
You might not be coming in to talk about a relationship—but let’s be honest: how you relate to others, yourself, your history, your boundaries—that’s the thread.
In individual therapy with me, we look at the patterns you’ve carried for years. The ones that helped you survive but are now keeping you from thriving. You may be high-functioning, successful, even outwardly “fine,” but inside, there’s anxiety, burnout, or disconnection you can’t keep pushing through.
We’ll work with:
The parts of you that over-function, shut down, lash out, or perform.
The younger version of you—the adaptive child—who learned to stay safe at all costs.
The wise adult self inside you who’s ready to take the lead.
This isn’t surface-level work. We’ll name what’s true, call in compassion, and build the kind of self-trust and relational clarity that changes how you move through the world.
Come as you are. But come ready to do the work.
I’ll meet you there—with honesty, warmth, and no fluff.
With Couples
I work with couples who are ready to stop the cycle of blame, disconnection, or power struggles—and build something more conscious, intimate, and resilient.
Relational Life Therapy is different from traditional couples counseling. I’m not a referee. I’m an active participant in your process, helping each of you take ownership of your part in the dynamic while guiding you toward repair and reconnection.
In couples work, I help you:
Break out of stuck patterns and negative cycles
Communicate with honesty, clarity, and compassion
Rebuild trust and intimacy after ruptures or betrayal
Develop shared tools to handle conflict constructively
Learn what it means to be equal, empowered, and accountable partners
We’ll work quickly to identify what’s not working—and start practicing new ways of being together that foster connection, growth, and real relational integrity.
You’re worth the investment.
I’m here to help with all of life’s relationships.

Therapy with me is…
telling you the truth, lovingly.
going beneath the surface to work with the real stuff.
learning how to show up with strength and softness.
doing deep work—but it’s work you won’t do alone.
Therapy with me is not…
a place to vent endlessly without change.
about blaming your yourself, your past, or a partner.
passive.
one-size-fits-all.
